Manufacturing & Delivery Capability

A closer look at Zevonexa’s production discipline, battery-module assembly, system integration and shipment readiness.

Inside Zevonexa

From Module Assembly to Shipment Readiness

Production capability is measured by repeatable work, controlled integration and disciplined handover—not factory size alone.

See the manufacturing process

Watch real production-floor footage covering battery-module work and shipment staging. The sequence gives EPCs and industrial buyers a direct view of assembly discipline, handling and delivery preparation.

  • Module-level assembly and connection work
  • Organized production-floor execution
  • Protected packaging and shipment staging

Actual configuration, inspection scope and acceptance documents are defined for each project.

Assembly discipline at module level

Factory footage shows prismatic cells secured in a module structure while an operator works around the upper connection area. Connection hardware, insulation and sensing wires are visible. Correct fastening, orderly routing and protection around conductive parts contribute to reliable operation and future serviceability.

Depending on the project configuration, station-level instructions can cover polarity verification, harness checks, insulation management, visual inspection and traceable records. The footage confirms the physical assembly operation; order-specific inspection plans and acceptance criteria remain part of the technical agreement.

Integrated system execution

A C&I BESS combines modules, racks, BMS, PCS, thermal management, fire protection and EMS controls. The manufacturing scope should reflect the project duty profile, whether the objective is peak shaving, solar energy shifting, generator optimisation, weak-grid support or backup operation.

Zevonexa supports modular 215kWh BESS and larger 1MWh systems, linked to the project’s voltage, power, usable energy and site conditions.

Packaging and shipment readiness

The second factory scene shows palletized and wrapped packages staged indoors. International delivery requires protected packaging, identifiable labels, packing lists, lifting information and order-specific transport documentation. Shipment staging is one of the final controls between manufacturing and successful site installation.

Buyer verification checklist

  • Approved bill of materials and component brands
  • Cell, module and system traceability
  • Torque, insulation and electrical inspection records
  • BMS and communication checks
  • Factory acceptance test and witness scope
  • Packaging, export documentation and commissioning boundaries
